Main Screen Welcome to the Main ScreenThis is an example of the Main Screen of Trophy Tracker ... As you can see there are a number of boxes for you to type your details in ... there are also a number of buttons for you to click on for an easy one click operation as with most of the features for retreiving details of matches, viewing photographs, printing out set letters .... asking for the return of trophies for engraving, letters to the engraver, printing out photograpsh, details of insurance for trophies and a host of other features .... These details are automatically saved and updated to other Screens in this program ... as you would expect ... thereby saving you much time and typing ..... 
On this screen you can install relevant photos of the match in question, as well as that of the presentation .... When a photographs is clicked with the mouse it can then be expanded up to 400% so that more details can be seen e.g. the engraving etc. Each of the images can be printed out as a group or individually .... even after being enlarged up to 400% ... we thought this to prove a very useful feature, which can be further put onto the internet if desired 
By scrolling sideways the complete details can be seen .... these can be sorted in any order .... alphabetical, date, game, winner, score, category, trophy ... any order desired and, if necessary, printed out by a one click in the 'Print Screen' ... Details can be altered on this screen, which will then be altered in all the other screens automatically .... what could be easier!!! There is also a Value Tables Screen which holds fewer details, and similar to Full Tables, can be sorted in any order ready for any particular print-out .... the main feature being the insurance details and values etc. of the trophies .... 
Here are 14 buttons that you can click on to produce printed lists of your trophy details... Not only can you print out reports but also photographs ... this makes Trophy Tracker a very powerful and useful tool ... for the photos we suggest that you print them on good quality photographic paper ... which no doubt you will ... No more confusion on Presentation Night ... you can have the trophy list with the winners printed in any order you wish ... now have your camera ready! 
Print-Out Screen Having done a 'Find' for specific details that you require from you data, your next step would then be to click on the 'Print Menu' button and choose a printout that would give you the information you require ... in this case the 'Presentation Ceremony' button to give a list of this year's Winners for reading out... Then, if you want a printout, you simply go to File (at the top menu) ... click on Print .... decide how many copies you require .... click OK .... what could be easier .... The same applies if you want to print out a picture of a Trophy... easy ... just find the picture and then click on any one of the 'Photo ' buttons, depending on your needs ....What could be easier ....
